Terms & Conditions of Stay

1. Bookings

A reservation is considered confirmed only after it has been approved by MyOwnPool.gr and the required payment or deposit, where applicable, has been successfully completed.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: Until 11:00 AM

Different check-in and check-out times may be arranged only upon availability and with prior agreement.

3. Number of Guests

The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the confirmed reservation. Additional guests or overnight stays are not permitted without prior approval.

4. Cancellation Policy

The cancellation and refund policy is provided during the booking process and forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Payments

Payment is made using the payment method selected during the booking process. MyOwnPool.gr reserves the right to require a deposit to confirm the reservation.

6. Pets

Pets are allowed only upon prior request and subject to approval by the property management.

7. Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all indoor areas of the property. Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor areas, provided that guests respect the property's cleanliness and dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.

8. Events & Parties

Parties, events, or gatherings that cause disturbance to neighbors or exceed the maximum permitted number of guests are strictly prohibited.

9. Quiet Hours

Guests are required to observe the official quiet hours in accordance with Greek law.

10. Care of the Property

Guests are required to use the property and its facilities with care and to report any damage or malfunction immediately.

11. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay as a result of negligence or misuse.

12. Private Swimming Pool

Use of the private swimming pool is entirely at the guests' own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The management accepts no liability for accidents resulting from failure to comply with the applicable safety rules.

13. Force Majeure

MyOwnPool.gr shall not be held liable for any delays or inability to provide its services due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, power or water supply interruptions, or government-imposed measures.

14. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the MyOwnPool.gr Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
